This will not affect the performance of your device since PCs running Windows 10 generally have faster core processors. Same problem as most, wife’s now WFH and her work laptop’s VPN GlobalProtect would connect, but upon connecting, she couldn’t actually access any sites. I have been using the Hub 3 since May 2019 with no issues.

It just takes a simple Registry edit and it works. If GlobalProtect gets stuck in a connecting state when you click Connect you may need to uninstall and reinstall the client software if the log file shows a 10022 error. The script lives in a remote shared folder and the VPN users can reach it as soon as they connect the VPN.
Nov 03 19:45:45:53883 Debug( 781): connect() failed The answer to my issue was to configure GlobalProtect post-vpn-connect method for running scripts. When i check the troubleshooting->PanGP Service. It says its connected to 'Raghu' which is my WiFi name. It wont auto launch and try to auto-connect when signing in or rebooting, and the user can just launch it from the shortcut on the desktop. Its basically my own version of 'on-demand'. Once i click on Connect it doesn't show any errors. Then I create a shortcut to C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\GlobalProtect\PanGPA.exe and place it on the public desktop.
